Authorisations & warranties

Your request and authorise Red Rock Brokers Group Pty Ltd (ABN 40 149 728 030) or its related entities, to arrange, through its own financial institution, a debit to your nominated card account. ‘Redrock Group’ will appear on your card account statement. This debit or charge will be made from your card account held at the financial institution you have nominated via the payment service. Each time a transaction is processed via the payment service, whether the transaction result is successful or not, you represent and warrant that:

  1. You are 18 years of age or older.
  2. You have the appropriate authority to validly accept these payment service terms and conditions and are able to and will meet your obligations in relation to these terms.
  3. The credit card used in connection with the payment services is issued in your name or you are authorised to use the card.
  4. You will pay the credit card issuer all charges incurred in the use of the services.
  5. Any information you provide to us in connection the use of the payment service is complete, accurate, valid and with proper authority and is not misleading or deceptive; and
  6. If you have disclosed personal information to us including card holder information and you have obtained the relevant individual’s prior consent to the disclosure and otherwise complied with your obligations under privacy law.

Recurring payments

Upon use of our payment service, a unique token is generated to enable future payments. Transactions occur via an automatic redirect of the credit card data to payment gateway provider to process the transaction. All recurring payments are subject to the terms and conditions of your direct debit agreement held with us. (if applicable)

Payment fees

We reserve the right to charge a merchant service fee or a failed payment fee for transactions processed via the payment service. Where applicable any merchant service fee will be disclosed to you in writing prior to your transaction payment.

Payment security

The protection and security of information that you provide on this website is very important and strict industry standards are applied at all times. Payment information that you enter when using this site is processed and stored in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

Refund policy

All payments once made via our payment service are non-refundable unless notified in writing to you. It is your responsibility to ensure that the cardholder payment details and the payment amount is correct before processing your payment.

Currency & taxes

All payments made using the service are processed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include ten percent goods and services tax (GST).

The card scheme logos, names and holograms shown on the payment service are owned solely and exclusively by the relevant card scheme.
