Small Securities Loans

Red Rock's small security loan suite covers loans secured by serviced apartments, serviced office suites and student accommodation. Red Rock can provide easy finance and additional leverage for these types of security property under the traditional comfort level of most lenders of 50m2.

Loans are assessed on a case by case basis and Red Rock must approve individual developments/ complexes, management agreements and leases. Loan to Value Ratios (LVRs) vary depending on type of loan and size of property, as the table below illustrates.

The maximum number of units Red Rock will consider in any one complex or development is up to 30%.The maximum number of units per borrower in any one complex or development is 4 units or 25% - whichever is the lesser.

Red Rock's small security loans are available to both Full Doc and Lo Doc borrowers. Security properties must be in Metro areas only. All units must contain kitchen facilities & be fully self contained except for communal laundry facilities.
