Managing Your Loan
It couldn't be easier to manage a Red Rock loan, we have a range of flexible and easy to use facilities to enable you to manage your loan quickly and easily, when and where you want.
The Loan Access System ("LAS") may be used to view and transact on your loan, using a touch tone telephone and phoning 1300 656 305 or over the Internet. You will require both an Access Number and Password to use this facility.
LAS enables you to manage your loan account through the convenience of twenty four (24) hour Internet access or simply dial 1300 656 305 and insert your Access Number and Password.
By using a touch tone phone or over the internet you can:
- Obtain your loan account balance
- Order an interim loan account statement
- Obtain your current interest rate
- Obtain your current loan repayment
- Listen to your transaction account details
- Obtain your amount available for redraw
- Make a redraw request
- Make an additional loan payment
Calls to the LAS may be made from anywhere in Australia, and are charged at the cost of a local call (additional charges for mobile telephones may apply). The LAS can also be accessed from outside of Australia, however international rates will apply.
